All of Flagstaff's phone numbers are now area code 928. The old numbers will be retired this month. Their extensions have not changed.
7/21/2020 LabDAQ has been upgraded to a new major version and server.
7/3/2020 IT completed a major upgrade to our firewall routers. We also got a second Internet from CenturyLink this week to help supplement Cox.
6/30/2020 LabDAQ has been migrated. The final upgrade will span between July 17-20
6/29/2020 Because of the steady increase of COVID-19 cases in Arizona, we are going back to telemedicine for most appointments. New patient visits and infusions will continue like normal.
6/25/2020 All providers may continue to use the Cox phone app. Our 90-day trial is over. We kept some extra licenses for emergencies, but most will be deactivated soon. View the training guide here on how to use the Cox app.

For legitimate phishing emails (something that's trying to trick you into giving personal info), please use the new Phishing button in Outlook/Webmail to send them to IT (see instructions). For spam and unwanted newsletters, just delete or unsubscribe from them. Thanks!
10/25/2019: We have gone paperless! SharePoint has been migrated to the W-Drive. Scanners and faxes now go to the S-Drive.
10/21/2019: Billing, Infusion, and Research are now using digital faxes (no more paper!). The rest of the fax machines will soon go paperless as well. SharePoint should not be used any more.
9/3/2019: IT upgraded our servers to a new major version and added more resources.
9/4/2018: The handbook and phone/Internet use policies have both been updated on the internal page. Points to emphasize:
1. Internet is not to be used for inappropriate things such as downloading and watching movies.
2. Unless authorized, mobile phones are to be turned off and put away.
8/6/2019: Please do not use your work email for personal websites such as MyFitnessPal.com, evite.com, sharethis.com, etc. If a website gets hacked (as was the case with the ones I just listed), it may compromise your work email. If you've already used your work email for personal websites, please change that. We will be conducting audits regarding this.
7/13/2018: We added a Spanish and a directions option to the call center phone tree. Menu options have changed: 1 for Directions, 2 for Billing, 3 for Infusion, 4 for an Appointment, 5 to leave a message for Doctor's assistant, 6 for pharmacies, hospitals and doctors
6/14/2018: We made some major adjustments to our email filter to combat a surge of spam. Now the first time a new company emails us, it may be delayed a few minutes to a few hours.
